The revolution will not be televised. 💋

Spent a day of sight seeing in Philadelphia, PA. Visited Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and the Museum of the American Revolution. It was a peaceful day that allowed me to soak up some history and collect my thoughts.

Philadelphia is where the American Revolution took root. In 1776, a group of people gathered to challenge a government that no longer represented them, drafting the Declaration of Independence and reshaping history. It was a city of protests, of radical thinkers who believed that change was not only possible but necessary. Today, I’m reminded that democracy is not a finished work, it is a constant struggle, sculpted by those who refuse to stay silent. Just as past revolutionaries fought for freedom, we must continue to stand, speak, and resist.

Seasons Greetings! One more sleep till Santa arrives and I’m currently relaxing at home, reflecting on the busy year that just blasted by. ✨❄️

Earlier this month, I traveled to Philadelphia to attend PAX Unplugged! It was an honor to host my “Getting Into Character” workshop, where I shared my favorite LARP improv techniques and helped participants create character connections. Watching people light up as they discovered new ways to immerse themselves in storytelling was truly magical. I will be carrying this memory in my heart forever.

With my press pass in hand, I also had the opportunity to dive into exclusive demos and connect with developers in the gaming industry. What stood out most to me was the ongoing theme of mental health in so many of the games and conversations. It felt powerful to see creators and players alike prioritizing care and empathy through their work and play.

As someone who navigates the world with CPTSD, conventions like PAX feel like such a reprieve. In my day-to-day life, my introverted heart often finds solace in the comfort of home, but being in a space filled with kindness and passion helped soothe my nerves in a way I rarely experience. I left PAX Unplugged with a full heart and a deep appreciation for this amazing community. 💖

My highlights also included playing a Jubensha and getting a refresh on Magic the Gathering, while being surrounded by some of my dearest friends. I also got to meet some Crewties from Twitch! I’ll be beaming about PAXU weekend for years to come. Thank you to everyone who said hello, stopped by for my panel, and all the yeehaws along the way. Deepest gratitude to the staff at PAX for inviting me to express my ideas about building safer and more collaborative spaces. Shout out to Grandma Lila for hooking me up with a suit that serves. 💕🙏🏼☺️

Spent a cozy day at the Ren Faire. Crowds cheered as knights clashed swords surrounded by beautiful hillsides. I quested long for the treasure of my heart’s desire, a sweet treat by the Enchanted Forest. With mini donuts in hand, I danced around from show to show, finding familiars and friends. Though I was on my own, I felt somewhat home. Appreciated having a lovely day to myself. This particular Faire holds many joyful memories for me, and I carried them throughout my journey. 🩵

🩵 Enjoy a refreshing cup of tea on me at Tekko Anime Convention, this weekend in Pittsburgh PA. Im thrilled to announce I’ve been invited as a RPG guest to host Tavern From Another World LARP! ✨

Watching anime and reading manga have been a lifelong passion of mine. As a child, I struggled with reading. Japanese media motivated me to keep trying and now I can blast through mangas pages with ease. 😋 Conventions are a sweet spot for me as well. I love seeing original artwork from the vendors, shopping around for my otaku needs, and this time I even get to walk in a Lolita fashion show! I feel like I’m living a dream. Additionally, I’ll be hosting panels on live action roleplay for convention attendees.

But never fear my dear companions, there’s more enchantment brewing! 🍵✨ I’ve been hard at work preparing to debut “Tavern From Another World,” a LARP I’ve crafted for anime fans and role players to come together. Participants step through a magical portal taking them to a faraway realm where they can share tales and drinks with their party members. Whether in cosplay or not, our tavern will offer a cozy corner, refreshing tea, and hydration to keep attendees energized throughout the convention. Heroes can seek out quests to earn coin and immerse themselves in this unique roleplay experience. I have loved every moment of designing this LARP. It holds so much of my love and can’t wait to hear tales from participants.

For a few months now, I’ve been hosting the Witches Sabbaths at the tea shop. It’s been absolutely magical sharing these practices. I enjoy celebrating each turn of the wheel as it allows for me to take note of what is changing in my environment. Giving me an opportunity to grow and admire all that nature has to offer. As the earth recycles aspects of itself, so shall I strive to do the same.

For these particular celebrations, those who have gathered for the sabbath will discuss the history of the holiday for ourselves and the cultures that came before us. I like to share the ancient traditions and pontificate on how these practices have become modern holidays. I’ll then open sacred space welcoming any spirits, guides, or fairies to join in protecting our circle and intentions. Each time I call upon different archetypes to join the circle to marry the theme of the sabbath. The research I do for these gatherings brings me a lot of joy. Once our ritual is complete, the group breaks into a craft that gives us each a chance to manifest our goals for the season. This past Sabbath, Beltane, we made flower crowns!

The real treat has been meeting so many wonderful people who want to explore what magic exists in our reality! Their experiences, knowledge, and wisdom also allows for me to learn, and I’m very grateful to meet each fellow seeker.

I consider myself a practicing witch. This term allows for me to connect with myself and set intentions for each day. I also carry the people who came before me who were not able to practice openly, to speak openly, or be who they were openly. A witch has been many things throughout history, however it often feels to me as someone who shared the secrets of the earth with their community, listened to their inner truths, and sought to liberate injustice.

When it comes to witchcraft in particular, there is so much I’d love to discuss. However I feel these talks are often best had over a cup of tea, in a quiet place, where we can get lost in the musings of the world. Next time we’re together, let’s get a little witchy. 🥰🌺🍉💐

Continuing on with another round of Post Production stills for “A Queen’s Ball In Another World,” my short film inspired by isekai anime! The story follows a protagonist who has been mysteriously transported to another world where she is the villainess of the story and must do all she can to survive her possibly doomed fate.

This project is very dear to my heart. So happy to be in a space where I can create with all of my being. It’s been such a blast weaving together all the different assets of this project. Still need to add some finishing touches, such as Voice Overs and VFX! Each piece of this feels like I’m having my cake and eating it too. Director, actor, videographer, what a dream come true. Spending my free time in a whole other realm. My current project is “The Queen’s Ball In Another World.” It is a short film inspired by isekai anime. In the film, my character is transported to a fairytale world where she is the villainess of the story. She will have to fight against her fate in order to find her way back home.

Most of the film has been captured, though I am waiting for more greenery to appear on the trees before I can collect the final scenes! Many friends and crewmates have contributed assets to this film, which has made weaving it all together an absolute blast. Part of the film was also captured at the Bridgerton Immersive Experience in NYC last year, while others were taken here in Connecticut.

Snow flurries have brought a delightful blanket of snow to my surrounding environment, delivering an invitation to don the wools. Lately you can find me spending these chilly days nestled away in the tea shop, getting lost in mystical arts, and enchanting conversations.

Every time I step inside this cozy witch’s cottage, I feel as if I am an Isekai anime character. I sip tea for hours, organize the magickal book shelves, and from time to time offer guidance for those seeking assistance with their spellwork. It’s giving “The Savior’s Book Cafe Story In Another World.”

Meanwhile at home, I’ve been finding ways to relax my spirit and recycle my energy. Mostly focused on my passion for producing short films and hosting livestreams. I often feel like I’m living in some sort of dream.

🍂 Spent a magical morning at @teatarotboutique gathering up a few supplies for my craft, and connecting with fellow witches on the changing of the seasons. This store is a happy, safe space for me. Always awakens my soul upon arrival. It is such a special place to me, that I often day dream of whisking my faraway friends here so they may enjoy the abundance of witchy goodies and perhaps explore their own spellwork.

During my visit, I was treated to an insightful Tarot card reading by @theteatarotwitch, the shop’s enchanting owner. This was an incredible experience for me, and was handled with great care. 🍁✨

Tea & Tarot offers more than just readings; it’s a place of holistic wellness. They craft handmade tea blends with love, offering you a sip of serenity to take home. This is my favorite place to send care packages from to let those dear to me know that I’m thinking of them. My two favorite teas have been Feeling Blue and Hocus Focus. But this season, I’ve really come to enjoy Blessed Be Banana Bread. These teas make me feel so cozy, and uplift my spirits with a little extra magic. 🍵💖

This past Friday, I embarked on a weekend-long space trek in the world of @starfieldgame. 🌌🪐

As my character Blue Nova, a lovable chef with a craving for space romance, I set out to eat well, play hard, and solve space problems. Lowkey felt inspired by Below Deck Down Under. ⚓😋

One of the most immersive aspects of the stream was preparing my meals off-camera, mirroring the cozy feeling of being in space. I even packaged up my space cuisine to share with any lurkers on stream! 🍱

This experience was a unique and humble journey for me, offering solace and optimism. Livestreaming is a new path I've found after taking an extended hiatus from larping. This space feels safe to me, where I can control the environmental fun meter and extend care to the crew who come to hang. It’s a place where my heart can heal and remain focused on joy. 🌿💫

Our current mission in the game: to be the best friend to Sarah Morgan by reclaiming her space rocks and making steamy life-changing decisions. Although, I can't help but wonder if I'll run into that charming Hunter again! 🪐😘

Starfield's open world offers a look at space exploration by the hands of humanity. Visit, tour, or claim different plants to fund voyages deeper into the unknown. For me this game has served as a reminder to look within and master the arts of my heart so that I can strive for extraordinary accomplishments. Also, maybe Mars would be good for hiking. I love @Bethesda games, and really appreciate the lessons baked into their stories. 🌟
